Telangana Jobs Bonanza Begins With CM’s Sign

HYDERABAD: The campaign to recruit highly anticipated work by the State government was launched on Saturday with Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao sign a file filling 15,000 jobs in 15 key departments approved.

The state government has also relaxed the age limit of ten years. The upper age limit has increased from the current 34 years to 44 years.

Rao signed the file giving permission to fill 15,000 jobs in 15 departments. In the first phase of the recruitment drive, the positions of Agriculture, Horticulture, Medicine and Health, Municipal Administration, Panchayat Raj, Energy, Police, Fire, RWS, Excise Tax Trade, and Revenue Stamps, Roads and Buildings, Transportation and GHMC be filled.

Around 8,000 jobs will be filled in the Police and Fire recruiting SIS and bailiffs. Other 2,681 jobs will be filled at the Department of Energy. 4,300 other jobs will be filled in every other department. Except police and Energy, the vacancies in all other departments will be filled through the Public Service Commission of TS (TSPSC).

Positions in police departments will be filled through the Police Recruitment Board and State level jobs in the Department of Energy will be filled by Genco TS, TS Transo and DISCOMS.

After signing the file, the Chief Minister directed officials to continue the existing guidelines for when hiring State, zonal and district messages. The recruitment campaign will begin shortly with a public notice of the job and eligibility criteria.

Chief Minister Chandrasekhar Rao announced the first state formation day on June 2 that the state government will soon fill 25,000 vacancies in several departments.

Rao said the recruitment exercise will be launched in July. Keep it safe, Rao signed the file to fill 15,000 jobs promised 25,000 jobs. “The unemployed have been waiting a long time to work and we can not make them wait any longer, ” Rao said at the celebrations of training.
