Today, Akkineni Nagarjuna turns 56 and fans are busy celebrating his birthday. Known for his unmatched style and screen presence, Nagarjuna is busy with two films – one is an untitled flick with Karthi and Tamannaah, and the other is Soggade Chinni Nayana co-starring Ramya Krishnan and Lavanya Tripathi.
On the occasion of his of birthday, the makers of Soggade Chinni Nayana have revealed a special teaser of the film. I took a sneak peek of the teaser, and this is what I thought of it.
Soggade Chinni Nayana tells the story of two couples. The older couple is played by Nagarjuna and Ramya Krishnan, where as the younger couple is played by Nagarjuna and Lavanya Tripathi. Through out the teaser, the chemistry between these two couples are brought out to the fore. Also Nagarjuna seems to be playing two different characters – the order one is bindaas while the younger one is shy and timid. Ramya Krishnan, basking in the success of Baahubali, looks apt for the role and her romance scenes with Nagarjuna will put a smile on your face. Overall, the teaser promises an entertaining family film in the offing.
Nearly a year after the release of ‘Manam’, Telugu superstar Akkineni Nagarjuna is back in business with his latest big screen outing ‘Soggade Chinni Nayana’. Touted as a family-drama, the film has been directed by Kalyan Krishna and features the ‘King’ in a double role. Produced by Nagarjuna himself,’Soggade Chinni Nayana’ also features Ramya Krishnan and Lavanya Tirpathi in important roles.
