Six Dead After Car Rams Into Nagarjuna Sagar Left Canal In Suryapet District

A serious tragedy occurred in Suryapet district. Six people were killed when a car crashed into a Sagar canal at Chakira in the Kodada constituency. NDRF personnel and police pulled the car out of the canal on Saturday afternoon. Six bodies were found in the car. This caused severe tragedy in the meeting place.

All those who died in the accident were working at the Ankur Hospital in AS Rao Nagar, Hyderabad. The accident happened when their colleague, Vimalakonda Mahesh, was returning to the wedding in the wee hours. The deceased were identified as Abdul Aziz (Vizag), Jinson (Kerala), Rajesh, Santosh (Hyderabad), Pawan and Nagesh (Malkajgiri).

The six dead were attending their colleague’s wedding ceremony on Friday morning (October 18). Six of the car left for Hyderabad. Getting the information started for the police .. The NDRF along with the locals have taken part in the rescue operations. Rescue operations were disrupted as the Sagar Canal was flowing. The car was pulled out on Saturday afternoon.
