Microsoft introduces a clone of Microsoft Surface

microLenovo is one of the first companies to enter the 2-in-1 segment following the launch of Microsoft Surface in 2012. And now the company is ready to unveil its Miix 520, Surface rival with a detachable keyboard, – in the kickstand , and a dedicated pen.

The new Miix 520-packs on the 8th generation of Intel Core processors ranging from i3 to i7 with 16GB LPDDR4 RAM and 1TB PCIe storage SSD.

The device has a 12.2-inch screen with a resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels, which is optimized for the Lenovo active pen included with the device. The Lenovo Miix 520 comes with LTE support, a feature missing from Microsoft Surface. The Miix 520 also comes with the watch strap hinge that was previously available on convertible yoga laptops and has support for a microphone that allows voice commands with Cortana.

The device will go on sale starting in October at a price of $ 999.99 and will be available in light gray and dark options.
