India will host South Africa in the Marathon series between September and December

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) and Cricket South Africa (CSA) jointly announced on Monday the fixture list Proteas tour of India which runs from late September to early December 2015. Overall, the tour will last 72 days and will consist of three games T20 International, five ODIs and four Test matches.
“I am happy to confirm, along with the BCCI, the itinerary Proteas’ for our tour of India later this year,” said CEO of CSA, Haroon Lorgat.
“This will be the longest tour we have done to India and the first time we will play a series of four test. Both countries are working to develop this into an icon of the series. Another novelty is that we will We are playing our first T20 international against India in India (See also: Ojha Will have the opportunity to play?).
“It is noteworthy that will be the second test match to be played in Bangalore, where South Africa only once previously secured our test series win over India in India in 2000. If all goes this will be 100th test match AB de Villiers’ and it could not be a more appropriate place, since it has become the second home of AB through its participation in the Royal Challengers Bangalore.

“Being a landmark tour in the young history of Cricket South Africa, I wish to thank the BCCI for all the hard work that has been done for scheduling this tour and we now expect the test series to become a one iconic. ”

In what will be one of the longest trips to India in recent years, South Africa will be hosted by four tests, five ODIs and three international Twenty20 between September 29 and December 7 BCCI and CSA (Cricket South Africa) on Monday confirmed the tour of 70 days will begin in New Delhi with a T20 heating September 29 ahead of the T20I series, followed by the ODIs October 11 (Kanpur), 14 (Indore), 18 (Rajkot), 22 (Chennai) and 25 (Mumbai).
