China President Xi Jinping To Visit India From October 11 To 12 For Informal Summit

Chinese President Xi Jinping is scheduled to visit India on Thursday and Friday. It is noteworthy that he did not officially announce the schedule until one day before his arrival in India. The Jinping tour will be held at Mahabalipuram near Chennai. The heads of the two countries will hold informal talks. This means that the two countries will have no joint ventures and agreements. Similar informal meetings are being held to strengthen relations between the two countries.

Prime Minister Modi Wuhan, who visited China in April last year, had similar talks with Xinping. Modi met Xinping after the Doklam standoff. Now, a second informal meeting will be held between Modi and Jinping. It is interesting that the Chinese President will be visiting India after the cancellation of Article 370 in Kashmir.
Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan and Army Chief Bajwa traveled to China before Xinping arrived in India. They tried to convince China to put pressure on India over the Kashmir issue. But the Dragon suggested that the two countries should solve the Kashmir issue.

During his Xinping visit to India, the Indian Foreign Ministry said it would discuss not only Kashmir but also many other topics. The two leaders will discuss bilateral relations, regional and international issues.
