Apple faces problems with iPhone 8, reports suggest

appleThere have been so many reports of the iPhone 8 since the last few months. Designed to launch this fall, several articles from sources have stated that the device is likely to experience a significant delay due to supply problems.

However, a recent report has stated that Apple’s production partners have begun manufacturing the iPhone 8 test and that the device will arrive as planned. But now there is a Japanese site Macotakara who have stated that the device is very likely to reach the shelves in late 2018.

The report has also stated that initial sales will be very limited, meaning that Apple is experiencing supply problems and only a few units are scheduled to hit the market. More iPhone 8 units should be available in early 2018, analysts have hinted earlier, as Apple is working with its suppliers to address all production struggles.

The website also reveals that the device will not be available in white version, even when Apple was considering it.

After several tests and prototypes, Apple decided that building a blank iPhone 8 is not possible, which is strange considering the fact that Apple already has a white Apple Watch. The difference in terms of materials could be problem as the white watch is made of ceramic, while the iPhone 8 is made of glass.

The colors that will be available will be few, says the report. In addition, there is no confirmation that a mirror-like version similar to Sony Xperia XZ Premium would extend.

However, the iPhone 8 will come with facial recognition. And according to the source, the Touch ID will not be integrated into the power button, as some reports have indicated. There will be a new unlock system for the iPhone that could be related to the Raise to Wake function.

As in any other report on the iPhone, it is important to take this with a pinch of salt until Apple officially launches the 8.
