The culture of modeling and actors agencies is completely new to Tollywood. We generally look at pictures of heroes and heroines, call them for an audition, and finalize the deal with their managers or parents. But Puri Jagan introduced a new one.
Apparently, with collaboration from a Bollywood based agency, Puri started “Puri Connects” and heroine Charmi is the sole caretaker of this agency. While heroines like Muskaan Sethi and hotties like Kyra Dutt are introduced by this agency, talk is that this agency is failing to connect. Because their talents are not so promising, they say.
Film industry folks revealed that Charmi is busy with film production alongside Puri Jagan and she’s not focusing well on the agency. Others feel that these days newcomer heroines are managing their careers themselves rather taking help of an agency. Though Puri Connects has a good catalog of actors and actresses, hot models and others, it seems the break hasn’t come yet.
Others say, “Modeling agencies do work in the background and they never look like getting a break. It all depends on many factors as to which actress will click, which model will shine. So there is no immediate result here”.
