Telangana gets Rs. 150 million rupees from the center

The Center said on Sunday released around Rs 385 million rupees to Andhra Pradesh and Rs 150 crore Telangana as part of the recommendations of the 13th Finance Commission.

The Center launched Sunday Rs. 149.87 million rupees to Telangana as part of the return of funds and grants in accordance with the recommendations of the 13 {+ t} {+ h} Committee on Finance.

The term of five years of the Finance Committee will end with the closing of the financial year on Tuesday.

According to a press release issued by the Ministry of Finance of the Union, Rs. Rs 76.77 million of the total grant amount was issued for Panchayat Raj institutions, urban local bodies and special areas and the remaining Rs. 73.1 million rupees was the return of the collection of Central taxes PRI, ULB and special areas.

The state government had estimated the Finance Commission grants the State during 2014-15 at over Rs. 3,139,000 rupees, but as admitted Finance Minister E. Rajender in the Assembly recently, had not been a huge shortfall in expected funding of the Centre.

Minister for Panchayat Raj and K. T. TI Rama Rao said that subsidies alone Panchayat Raj Department is drastically reduced to Rs. 780 million rupees Rs. 1,300 crore initially projected.

However, for 2015-16 the state government is waiting just Rs. 1.153 million rupees as per the recommendations of the 14 {+ t} {+ h} Committee on Finance, despite the Centre’s decision to delegate funds 42 percent to the States of Central kitten against the participation of 32 percent recommended by the panel of former finance.

Giving details, the Finance Ministry said the Union Rs 298.82 million rupees has been released to Andhra Pradesh, including here the Panchayati Raj Institutions (PRI) / Urban Local Bodies (ULB) / Special Zone; Rs 2.6 million rupees for the implementation of the statistical system and about 50 crore for other projects.
