Ms. Hameed Khan, Begum’s brother, said: “She is facing a problem and wants to return to India, is giving her an excessive job that she can not do, not paying her enough, I ask the Indian government to Intervene and rescue my sister and bring her back to India.

“We have written to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs,” he added.

Social activist Fazil Khan told ANI: “After receiving information from Zabeena’s brother, I spoke to him on the phone, she told us about what torture he is facing there, and I have sent him to MEA Sushma Swaraj, who has informed him Ambassador of India to Arabia. ”

However, it was later reported that the Embassy spoke with Zabeena Begum’s employers, who said they would send her after the holy month of Ramadan.

Contrary to the assertions, Zabeena’s voice message was received by her brother who reportedly said her employers were not in the mood to send her back, at least for the next six months, supposedly due to the embassy intervention India.

The hopes of the Zabeena family now rest in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Sushma Swaraj.
