Baahubali Producers’ New Project Shelved!

Shobu Yarlagadda and Prasad Devineni, who had recently produced the country’s biggest motion picture, Baahubali, received a jolt when happening hero Sharwanand opted out of their new production venture.

Impressed by Prakash Kovelamudi’s script, Baahubali producers have agreed to bankroll the project as their follow up to Baahubali. Sharwa was on board to play the lead role in the film. Our reliable sources have now informed that the young hero has opted out of the project as he wasn’t convinced with the final narration.

‘Sharwa was initially excited at hearing the story line and he gave his nod. When the director narrated him the developed version, he wasn’t so impressed, and asked for some changes in the second half. Prakash Kovelamudi however was confident of his script, and he refused to make the changes, forcing Sharwa to drop out from the project,’ our source revealed.

Sharwanand was reportedly not ready to take any risk as Prakash had delivered two disasters – Anaganaga O Dheerudu and Size Zero in as many attempts. He has given the dates he had earlier allotted to Prakash’s film to director Sudheer Varma’s film, which is all set to to go on floors.
