For Graduate student Beginner :
1. Applicant must have a first category Bachelor’s Level in Technological innovation in specific self-discipline from a identified school with not less than 60 % represents (55 % for SC/ ST).
2. Applicant must have a first category Bachelor’s Level plus First Class Level in Library Science/ Library and Information Technology.
For Technician Apprentice :
Applicant must have a first category Degree in Technological innovation in specific self-discipline from a identified school with not less than 60 % represents (55 % for SC/ ST).
